Noirvanta Journeys and the Insider by Noirvanta app are operated by Noirvanta Journeys, LLC and managed by TechSparq, Inc. ("Noirvanta," "we," "us"). You can learn more about TechSparq at techsparq.com. In these terms, "service" means the app and this website together.
By accessing or using the service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and that you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The Insider app and this website offer curated travel guidance — neighborhood guides, recommended venues, insider tips, and an AI concierge. The recommendations are our editorial opinions, offered to help you plan. We are not a booking agent for the restaurants, hotels, bars, or other venues we mention, and we don't guarantee their availability, pricing, quality, or that they'll still be operating when you visit. Always confirm details directly with a venue before relying on them.
When using the service, you agree not to misuse it. That means no attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, no scraping or bulk-extracting our content, no reverse engineering or interfering with its operation, no uploading malicious code, and no using it to violate the law or the rights of others.
Celeste generates responses using artificial intelligence and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Its output is general guidance, not professional, legal, financial, medical, or definitive travel advice. Verify anything important before acting on it. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on Celeste's suggestions, and you agree not to submit unlawful, harmful, or sensitive personal content through the concierge.
The service, including its text, guides, recommendations, design, logos, and software, is owned by Noirvanta Journeys, LLC and TechSparq, Inc. or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial travel planning. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our content without permission.
The service references third-party venues and may link to third-party websites or services that we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, practices, availability, or any dealings you have with them. Your interactions with any third party are solely between you and that party.
The Insider app is free to use today. If we introduce paid or "Pro" features in the future, any purchase would be processed by Apple through the App Store and governed by Apple's terms in addition to these. Pricing, billing, and renewal details would be disclosed at the point of purchase.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information in it is complete or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noirvanta Journeys, LLC, TechSparq, Inc., and our team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, including reliance on any recommendation or on Celeste's output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that could harm others or us. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
We may update these terms as the service evolves or the law changes. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision. If we make material changes, we'll provide notice in the app or on this page. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
