Common questions

How do I create an account or sign in?
Open the Insider app and follow the sign-in prompt. You'll use your email address and a password. If you've forgotten your password, use the reset option on the sign-in screen, or email us and we'll help.
How do I save a venue to my favorites?
Tap the save icon on any venue to add it to your Saved list. Your favorites are tied to your account, so they're there whenever you sign back in.
What is Celeste?
Celeste is the app's AI concierge. Ask it for recommendations, timing, or how to move through a neighborhood. Because Celeste is AI-generated, its suggestions are general guidance and may not always be current — double-check anything important, and please don't share sensitive personal details in the chat.
Does the app cost anything?
The Insider app is free today. If we add paid or "Pro" features later, any purchase would be handled by Apple through the App Store, and the price would be shown before you buy.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account from within the app, which removes your account data. You can also email support@noirvantajourneys.com and we'll take care of it. See our Privacy Policy for what we keep and for how long.
How do I make a privacy or data request?
Email support@noirvantajourneys.com and note that it's a privacy request. We respond within 30 days. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
