This policy covers both the Insider app and this website (noirvantajourneys.com).
We don't collect payment card details — the Insider app is free today, and if paid features are introduced, purchases would be handled by Apple through the App Store, not by us. We don't request precise GPS location unless you explicitly grant it for a feature that needs it, and we don't collect sensitive personal data.
We use the information above to sign you in and keep your account secure, save your favorites, power the Celeste concierge, respond to your inquiries, provide customer support, keep the service running reliably, and — in aggregate — understand what's useful so we can improve. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Celeste generates responses using artificial intelligence. The messages you send may be processed by a third-party AI provider acting on our behalf solely to produce a reply. Please don't share sensitive personal information in your chats. Celeste's suggestions are for general guidance and may not always be accurate or current — use your own judgment before relying on them.
The Noirvanta and TechSparq team members responsible for operating the service, and the service providers that help us run it (for example hosting, email delivery, analytics, and the AI provider behind Celeste), who are bound by confidentiality and may use the data only to provide their service to us.

If you're in the European Union, the United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction with applicable privacy law, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, to object to certain uses, and to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. You can also delete your account at any time, which removes your account data. We'll respond to requests within 30 days. Send them to the address below.
The website uses the minimum set of cookies needed to run, plus optional analytics cookies that are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time using your browser's privacy settings or by clearing cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. The Insider app does not use web cookies; it stores a secure sign-in token on your device so you stay logged in.
We keep account information for as long as your account is active. Website inquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is active plus a reasonable follow-up period. Analytics data is retained per the default GA4 window. We don't keep personal information longer than we need it.
The Insider app and this site are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
We may update this policy as the app evolves, the law changes, or the services behind it change. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Significant changes will be communicated in the app or on this page.
